Cleaning Tips:* The glasses come with a microfiber case that you can use to clean them frequently. You can also use a fine cotton cloth, which will absorb grease well and prevent scratches. Never use rough materials—such as a paper towel—as these have a certain degree of abrasion. If necessary, you can wash them with water and a drop of very mild soap, rinse them well, and dry them with the same cloth. Never use alcohol, strong detergents, or solvents. Avoid leaving them in places where they may be exposed to high temperatures, such as inside a car in the sun.
The sunglasses we use are high-end CR39 lenses, comfortable and safe. Thanks to their high optical quality, they provide clear vision with a high degree of UVA and UVB absorption.

Once we have verified that it is a manufacturing defect, our Technical Service will arrange the repair free of charge. C) If your glasses have been damaged in an accident, misused, or have exceeded the 36-month warranty period, you can send them to our headquarters at GIGI STUDIOS – C/ Bosc Tancat – Nave 4 – 08290 Cerdanyola del Vallès – Barcelona – Spain. 2. Once we receive your form, we will authorize the repair via email and assign you a repair number. The item you send us must have this repair number to be processed. Items received without this number may experience delays or be returned to the sender.
3. Package your product well to prevent damage during shipping. Write the Repair Number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the repair form inside.
4. Once the glasses are received at our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email. If your glasses have a manufacturing defect and are under warranty, they will be repaired free of charge. Otherwise, you will receive an email with a quote for your acceptance and payment.
If your glasses were purchased through this website and are within the warranty period, we advise you to send the product to our headquarters to ensure your glasses are repaired free of charge. As soon as we receive your package at our headquarters, we will repair your glasses within 48 hours and send them back to you.
Puede solicitar una montura completa en sustitución de una defectuosa a través del apartado GARANTÍA. OFFVIEW garantiza un período de garantía de 36 meses desde la fecha de factura a la óptica. Sabemos que cuando uno de nuestros clientes solicita un recambio necesita recibirlo con urgencia.
