WARRANTY POLICY
Our glasses come with a 36-month warranty from the date of invoice to the optical store, guaranteeing the quality and durability of all frames. We offer fast and 100% warranty solutions with replacement parts.
All spare parts are shipped within 24 hours at no additional shipping cost. Warranty orders placed through the website before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, with few exceptions.
During the entire warranty period, 1 temple is always provided free of charge.
During the first 12 months, all spare parts (except complete frames) are provided at no cost, regardless of whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or user mishandling.
From month 12 to month 36, the cost is €6 for the front piece and €6 for a pair of temples, as a contribution to shipping costs.
There is no need to return any defective parts.

Spare parts requested outside the warranty period are subject to availability.
Our Silver, Gold, and Diamond tier customers will benefit from free replacement parts during the entire warranty period.
Additionally, Gold and Diamond tier customers enjoy an extra 1-year extended warranty, provided that the replacement part is available for shipping.
Complete Frame Under Warranty
A complete frame can only be requested under warranty if it is due to a manufacturing defect.
The defective frame must be returned to headquarters within 30 days to avoid being invoiced at its regular list price.
You must submit a photo clearly showing the defect in the frame; there is no need to send the defective product itself.
During the warranty request process, you can upload the image of the defective item.
OFFVIEW reserves the right to invoice the product if the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect.
