SHIPPING

We will ship the available items from your order within two working days.
Shipping will be free of charge provided that the order exceeds:

• €100 for shipments within mainland Spain,

• €150 for shipments to EU countries, and

• €180 for countries requiring customs clearance.

If your order does not meet these minimum amounts, shipping costs will be charged according to the following table:

• Spain and Portugal: €7 (Andorra and Canary Islands: €12)

• EU countries: €10

• Non-EU countries: €20

• UK: £15

• USA: $30

• Canada: $30

• Puerto Rico: $35

• DOM-TOM (Overseas France): €40

For all other countries, our Client Experience team will find the best available shipping rate.

Silver, Gold, and Diamond level customers will benefit from free shipping with no minimum order requirement.

We will add any remaining available items from previous orders to your shipment.

Estimated delivery times, depending on the destination country:

• Spain: 2 working days

• EU: 4 working days

• Non-EU Europe: 5–7 working days, depending on customs processing time

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the delivery note and a tracking link. You can also access your private area and check the tracking link under the Orders section within your order details.

The corresponding invoice will also be sent to you by email.

RETURNS

All returns must be previously authorized by your sales agent or by our Client Experience department. Otherwise, they will be rejected upon arrival at our headquarters.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

If there is an error in your order caused by incorrect processing, you must request a return using the form available in your account.

Only in cases where return costs are covered by OFFVIEW, our Client Experience team will contact you to provide a return label, which must be attached to the returned package.

OFFVIEW will process the refund once the package has been received at headquarters and the contents have been verified to be in the same condition as originally shipped.
